'BUZZ' MAGAZINE

The Highgate Society's magazine

'Buzz' is published four times a year, and is distributed free to all members. It contains articles of interest about events in Highgate and the history of our area.

Buzz needs your help. We are looking for:

- Reporters and photographers to cover Highgate Society events. Curiosity about local developments and writing facility required; photoshop experience would be a plus.

- Deputy editor to help develop ideas and assist in the production of the magazine.  Some journalistic studies or experience required, along with creative flair.

- Advertising team members to contact existing advertisers each quarter. No cold calling involved. Computer competence and acquaintance with spreadsheets essential.

Working on Buzz is fun – just ask some of those who have worked with us. It is particularly suited to someone with spare time such as students, stay-at-home parents or retired people with time on their hands, but interest in Highgate life is the only prerequiste. If you are interested, please contact the Editor, tamar(dot)karet@btinternet(dot)com or the Advertising Manager, gibbs(dot)vicki@gmail(dot)com.

Copy and correspondence should be sent to:
The Editor, 10A South Grove, London N6 6BS'.
